Choose a specific garment and send the brand, style number, color, estimated total quantity, size breakdown, artwork, decoration placement and needed-by date. A specific garment is required for accurate pricing. If you are still collecting sizes, say that the breakdown is not final.

Start with our Apparel & Catalogs page. Everyday Options (SanMar) is our first recommendation, followed by More Everyday Options (S&S) and AS Colour. Save the brand, style number and color for each garment you choose.

Screen printing: 12 items for a one-color design, 24 for 2–3 colors, or 48 for 4–6 colors. Embroidery: 12 items. Heat application / DTF: 12 items per design.

Yes. Different garment styles and colors count toward a minimum when the design being printed is exactly the same. Include the style, color and size breakdown for each garment in your quote request.

Yes. Nocturnal Print is not liable for damage to customer-supplied garments. We recommend supplying at least 5% extra in the rare case of a machine malfunction. Tell us which garments you plan to supply in your quote request.

An Adobe Illustrator (AI) file is preferred. PDFs, PSDs, PNGs with transparent backgrounds and clear, non-pixelated JPGs are also acceptable. Send the best original file you have rather than a screenshot.

Artwork cleanup and design work cost $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum ($50 minimum). We will provide an estimate for your approval before beginning paid artwork work. Tell us if you only have a screenshot or need help preparing your design.

Pricing depends on the garment, quantity and decoration details. Submit the estimated total quantity and a specific garment so we can price your order accurately. For screen printing, include the design colors and print locations.

New embroidery designs have a one-time $50 setup fee. That fee is waived for repeat orders using the same design.

Quote requests received during business hours are typically answered by the end of that day. Requests received after business hours or on weekends are answered by the end of the next business day.

Orders are typically ready in 14 calendar days or less after approval and payment, unless otherwise stated. Include your needed-by date in the quote request so we can confirm timing for your order.

Yes. You will receive a digital proof to review. Check the artwork, spelling, placement and order details carefully. Production begins after approval and payment.

All orders default to pickup at 88-28 Camelot Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360. Shipping and local delivery can be arranged. Please arrange your visit before arriving, including when collecting an order.

Include your previous invoice number or business name, the garments and colors you want, the new quantity and size breakdown, and your needed-by date. Tell us whether the artwork and placement are unchanged or describe any changes.
