ONE-TIME SETUP
A $50 embroidery setup fee applies to a new design. This fee is waived on repeat orders using the same design.
TURNAROUND
14 calendar days or less after approval and payment. Include your needed-by date when requesting a quote.

Save the brand, style number and color. A specific garment is needed for accurate pricing.
A FINISH YOU CAN FEEL.
Embroidery adds texture and a polished look to everyday apparel. It’s a strong choice for company logos, staff uniforms and branded hats.
Your garment, quantity, design size and stitch count all affect pricing. Larger runs can lower the price per piece.

Send your garment brand, style and color; estimated total quantity and size breakdown; artwork, decoration size and placement; and needed-by date.

Requests received during business hours: a reply by the end of the day. After hours or weekends: by the end of the next business day.
ARTWORK & APPROVAL
Send your best available logo file. Illustrator files are preferred; PDF, PSD, transparent PNG and clear, non-pixelated JPG files are also accepted.
Artwork cleanup or design help is separate from the embroidery setup fee: $50 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. We’ll confirm the estimate before starting artwork work.
You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before production. Check the design, placement and order details carefully.

Our minimum order for embroidery is 12 items.

Your order is ready in 14 calendar days or less after approval and payment. Pickup is the default. Shipping is available by arrangement; allow additional time for transit. Please arrange a visit before coming to the shop.

A one-time $50 embroidery setup fee applies to a new design and is waived on repeat orders using the same design. Artwork cleanup or design help is billed separately at $50 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. We will confirm the artwork estimate before starting.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project and our schedule. Include your needed-by date in your quote request so we can confirm availability.

Yes. Larger quantities can reduce the price per piece. Your garment, quantity, design size and stitch count determine your quote. Send a specific garment style, estimated quantity and your artwork for accurate pricing.

We do not produce a finished sample before your run. You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before production. If you would like to see examples of our work in person, arrange a visit before coming to the shop.
