HEAT TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY

DTF stands for direct-to-film: your design is printed onto a transfer, then applied to your garment with heat and pressure.

Heat application is useful for colorful artwork and specialty placements. Your garment, artwork, quantity and decoration size help us determine the right approach and price.

ARTWORK & APPROVAL

Illustrator files are preferred. PDF, PSD, transparent PNG and clear, non-pixelated JPG files are also accepted. Send your best available original file.

Screenshots or files that need cleanup may require artwork services: $50 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. We’ll confirm the estimate before starting artwork work.

You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before production. Check the design, placement, names, numbers and order details carefully.

HEAT APPLICATION FAQ

  • 12 items per design.

  • Your order is ready in 14 calendar days or less after approval and payment. Pickup is the default. Shipping is available by arrangement; allow additional time for transit. Please arrange a visit before coming to the shop.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project and our schedule. Include your needed-by date in your quote request so we can confirm availability.

  • Yes. Larger quantities can reduce the price per piece. Your garment, quantity, artwork, decoration size and placement determine your quote. Send a specific garment style and estimated quantity for accurate pricing.

  • We do not produce a finished sample before your run. You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before production. If you would like to see examples of our work in person, arrange a visit before coming to the shop.
